Pistachio-Cardamom-Caramel Cake

This cake is a wonderful cake for that special occasion where the average cake just will not do. It has a wonderful texture and is so moist it almost dosent need any icing. Yummy Cupcakes

These cupcakes are triple chocolate with a caramel filling. The frosting is a peanut butter butter cream sprinkled with chopped pecans and drizzled with caramel sauce. Great for any occasion! Southern Blessings to All!!
