New and Exciting Things!!

The Southern Baker is busy cooking up some new and exciting things!! I can't wait to tell you what I am working on. I should have everything set up within a couple of days and will post about it then. I will say this much, this is going to be such a personal gift that everyone will love it! Yummy Cupcakes

These cupcakes are triple chocolate with a caramel filling. The frosting is a peanut butter butter cream sprinkled with chopped pecans and drizzled with caramel sauce. Great for any occasion! Southern Blessings to All!!

Pirate Birthday Cake

This cake was made for my 3 year old grandsons birthday. It was a chocolate cake with chocolate fondant icing. All of the characters were edible and the look on his little face was priceless. Welcome ~ Exciting Times Ahead

Here is a cake that I did for a 21st birthday! It was chocolate cake with chocolate gonache filling, vanilla buttercream icing with fondant decorations. It was a fun cake and one that any age would love. Happy Birthday Katie!
